Warranty

1. Warranty period: 06 months warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.

2. The company shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for the following matters:

• Secondary troubles, losses, and damages caused by reasons other than this product, regarding products sold in the Eins catalog and Eins shop.

• The use of products from the Eins catalog and Eins shop in electronic equipment, home appliances, automobiles, vehicle equipment, aerospace equipment, nuclear energy equipment, or medical equipment.

• Troubles and defects due to the customer's mishandling or misuse.

• Troubles and defects due to natural disasters (including, but not limited to, earthquakes, fires, and floods).

• Troubles and defects caused by use that does not comply with the descriptions in attached documents or other displays regarding the specifications, intended use, precautions for use, conditions of use, drawings, and other products (including accessories) listed in the catalog.

• Troubles and defects caused by processing, repair, modification, or disassembly by the customer themselves.

• Troubles and defects caused by use outside of Vietnam.

• Failures caused by the failure to perform maintenance and management.
